Overview of Pop-Up Marquee

Your Instant Up Marquee or Pop-Up Marquee for hire must be secured at all times. If unsecured, the smallest puff of wind can blow your marquee over, putting you in breach of our terms and conditions. If pegs are not an option for some events, eg: on concrete surfaces, Instant Up Marquee weight bags can be used and/or the marquee can be roped to an existing secure structure.

Can they be used on concrete?
Yes, with concrete weighting, they can be hired to be used for parties or events being held on concrete.

Can it be floored?
Yes, we can use a variety of floors in a pop-up marquee for hire. Pro-flooring, solid timber flooring or carpet flooring can all be hired for use in a pop-up marquee for hire.

How do I heat a marquee?
We have heaters which can be used to pre-warm the marquee, we find that once all guests are inside it is rare to need additional warmth, especially on the Coast.

How do I cool a marquee?
Air conditioning can be installed inside the marquee.

Can we put it up ourselves?
Yes you can install the pop-up – instant-up marquees for hire yourself.

Are they waterproof?
They are a much lighter product although they have a heavy canvas roof and walls which will keep the rain out.

Can I have clear or window walls?
The pop-up marquees for hire come with plain white walls.

Can I have silk lining and fairy lights?
Yes you can install draping in a pop up marquee for hire and fairy or festoon lights can be used

How do I measure my site to see if it will fit?
Always leave a metre the whole way around the perimeter. Be aware of overhanging branches.
