October saw our sailcloth marquee make its debut on the Coast. Direct from the USA the Aurora is the only one of its type in Australia. It is the most beautiful marquee. It is made of a translucent sailcloth like material that glows at night and provides a beautiful filtered light during the day. The Aurora is 10m wide and available in 4 different lengths up to 30m so it can easily cater for well over 100 people sitting down and 300 cocktail style.
We are a proud sponsor of the Sunshine Coast Turf Club and they recently had their annual 100 club dinner in our 25m x 40m marquee. It really is a beautiful venue, on the hill overlooking the course and lake during the day and it lights up beautifully at night.
The Old Dairy at Maleny is a wonderful venue for weddings. Nicole and Jason were married on the hill overlooking the valley and then celebrate with a reception in the main reception space with its high ceilings and timber features. They used our beautiful hand made timber tables and some other furniture items. If you are planning a larger wedding the Dairy can also accommodate marquee events.
We love the images of Riley and Jasmine’s beautiful bohemian wedding. They used one of our pavilion style marquees with a combination of clear and white walls with interior festoon lighting, white linen covered tables and Americana folding chairs. We love how the pavilion marquee gives you lots of open space with no intruding poles and is light and bright. Perry’s has a very strong commitment to connecting with our local community and each year we donate thousands of dollars worth of equipment hire to good local causes. We love supporting the Cherish Foundation Morning Tea staged by the awesome team at Go Gourmet catering. Cherish finds and funds research into gynaecological cancer treatments to support the 5,000 women diagnosed each year.
The Sunshine Coast Pride Festival Fair is an event we support each year. It is a great day at the Eumundi Markets. There is lots to do and one of the best Dog dress up fashion parades you will ever see. We support the team from the University of the SunshineCoast who put the even on each year with free equipment.
